Vernon was a stray living in a downtown feral colony. When ACR volunteers realized that he was not like his feral companions, Vernon was rescued and brought into a loving foster home. This black-and-white (tuxedo) boy has adjusted nicely to indoor living and is happy that he no longer spends his nights out in the cold.
Vernon is very friendly and affectionate with his foster dad, rolling over for belly rubs. He still gets a little shy and hides when visitors come over, but after a few minutes curiosity gets the best of him and Vernon comes out to see what he is missing. Vernon is a playful boy and loves to chase his toys around his home.
